This Privacy Policy explains how Acai Republic Enterprises LLC and its franchisees ("Açaí Republic", "we", "us") collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit this website, use our app, place an order or otherwise interact with our digital services, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy applies only to information collected through our websites, apps and online services, directly or through our partners. You can use the site without creating an account. Optional cookies and partner tools are only used if you allow them.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, password and your email newsletter preference.
